FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: belt is ground in pin with diameter of (0.85…0.90) from diameter of pin, which is pressed into opening in plate. Pin is placed in opening of intermediate electrode, which is installed between lower and upper electrodes of contact machine. Afterwards current is passed between electrodes during their compression with value of 1.0…1.2 from value of current pulse during welding of packet from two sheets, with summary thickness equal to plate thickness, and current pulse duration is preset within the limits of 0.30…0.50 s.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of parts from composite materials.
