FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of primary carpet with horizontal position of fibers, displacement of primary carpet, longitudinal cutting of carpet into layers, corrugation, layout of corrugations, connection of layers, hardening. Carpet corrugation is done by periodic opposite impression of the primary carpet with provision of links between corrugations. Longitudinal cutting into layers is done in the middle between corrugations. Prior to connection every layer is turned by angle of 180° around its longitudinal axis, and they are displaced together at the angle of 180°>α>0 in direction of primary carpet displacement.
EFFECT: simplification of manufacturing technology and improved quality of mineral wool boards and strips with combined structure.
