FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: injection-moulding machine for injection casting includes remote nodes: contains central unit, which allows main on-centre plate, on-centre plate, fixed by means of in-cut connection to main plate, which bears liners for direction on-centre relative to main on-centre plate; central bush, fixed to the on-centre plate; matrix unit, containing main plate, the first plate of the matrix, fixed to main plate by means of in-cut connection and matrix bush, fixed to matrix plate. Matrix unit is implemented with ability of travel relative to central node so that matrix bush and central bush can be selectively joint together with formation of cavity between them. Method of nodes removing of injection-moulding machine contains following stages: (a) travel of central node and matrix node into closed position, in which matrix bush and bush of on-centre plate are joined together, (b) joining of on-centre plate to matrix plate with forming of press-mold unit; (c) detaching of fastening facilities, which fix matrix plate to main plate; (d) uncovering of press-mold from closed position thus much, that the first matrix plate is detached from main plate with it, (e) detaching of fastening facilities, which join on-centre plate to main on-centre plate; (f) lifting of press-mold unit in direction, perpendicular to driving direction between open and closed position, while unit is directed in perpendicular lay by means of guiding facilities.

EFFECT: faster and simple removing and mounting units of press-molds of injection-moulding machine.
