FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises an operating tool feeding water to water-jet device. The said device with nozzles and aid feed device is fitted on to the retrievable cable. Note that the water jet device represents a split assembly made up of two hinged parts that can be uncoupled in lengthwise direction. The water jet device upper part accommodates and air engine and rollers driven by the said engine. Ballast is attached to the water jet device on the side opposite to that of air feed device.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
