FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: facility consists of flexible continuous working body (2), of driven pulley (1) kinematically connected with main drive of facility and equipped with vertical guides (3) with drive feed for drilling, of pair of setting-breaking mechanisms, which consist of setting(4) and breaking (5) rollers, equipped with braking mechanism (6), facility also consists of driven roller (9), of well washing system and drilling rig with platform. The flexible continuous working body is movably installed in a circular slot of the driven pulley; and branches of the flexible continuous working body round the breaking from below and setting from above rollers of the setting-breaking mechanism forming a hanging open loop on a diametrically opposite side from the driven pulley; the driven roller is movably inserted in this loop.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of well drilling, reduced metal consumption, increased operating life of working body and decreased power consumption at cutting process.
