SUBSTANCE: device consists of at least one flexible endless operating element movably installed in a ring slot of drive roller and clamped around the arc of the drive roller ring slot with belt of the drive; belt drive is assembled on the side diametrically opposite to guide rollers. Drive roller is kinematically connected to the main drive of the device. Branches of the flexible endless operating element are movably installed in the ring slot of the driven roller and are supported by the guide rollers equipped with ring slots. Branches of the flexible endless operating element form an open pendent lap on the side diametrically opposite to the drive roller.
EFFECT: increase of operating element durability and decrease of power consumption of cutting operation.
