FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining, particularly to oil and gas industry and can be implemented for control over shut-off equipment of gas condensate well. The essence of the invention is as follows: the gas condensate well contains a flow string with a flow column with underground operational equipment consisting of a shut-off valve with a remote control, a well head with an over-core head, core-barrel-head, a pipe head, and well-control equipment. The well-control equipment has an over-core and side gates with actuating mechanisms and also a throttle valve made with an actuating mechanism; the well control equipment also has control bodies containing a fuse and a control valve of low and high pressure. The well is connected to a control station including a pump-accumulator installation and at least one per well control block. The pump-accumulator installation includes a pump group and a power functional pneumatic hydro-accumulator of high pressure coupled with the pump group via a working body by means of a high pressure line. The control block consists of pressure regulators, power lines of functional control over actuating mechanisms of shat-off bodies, of a throttle valve and a shut-off valve. Control over their operation is performed via a system of stepped advance-retarded commands for at least shutting-off the well in a logic sequence: the side gate-over-core gate-the shut-off valve- the logic control line, connected with a fuse and the control valve of low and high pressure and equipped so as to duplicate a command, advancing for well shutting-off by means of hydraulic distributing valves. One of them is designed to transmit the command into the line of the logic control for closing the well via the fuse, while another - from the valve of low and high pressure control, and, at least two others - correspondingly from the distant and manual control. Also the said system of retardation includes delay mechanisms, installed on sections of interaction of lines of logic control with power lines of functional control over actuating mechanisms of the over-core gate and the shut-off valve; the said delay mechanisms include a control pneumatic hydro-accumulator and a throttle, both facilitating different in time actuation for shutting-off the well. Via the suggested control station there is foreseen an automated control of well shutting-off bodies - over the side and over-core gates for regulating well yield with the throttle valve and the underground shut-off valve. This station contains the pump-accumulator installation with the power hydro-accumulator and not less, than one block of control over the well with power lines of functional control over actuating mechanisms of shut-off bodies; further the station contains the logic control line conjugated with the said power lines; the logic control line is equipped with not less, than three times duplicated command valves, two of which operate from pulse for well shut-off when fire hazardous situation or beyond critical low or high pressure in trail occur. Also there is foreseen the system of well shut-off in succession: side gate-over-core gate-shut-off valve-operating via the system of retarded advance of command for shutting-off, including tandem of the control pneumatic hydro-accumulator and the throttle in control lines at sections of interaction with power lines of functional control over the actuating mechanisms of over-core gate and the throttle-shut-off.

EFFECT: facilitating upgraded reliability and trouble-free operation of gas condensate well.
