FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas industry, and in particular, to development of oil and gas deposits, and may be used for remote, automatic and manual control of actuating mechanisms of oil and gas well stop elements. Well comprises flow string with tubing string with underground operating equipment, which comprises operating packer, circulating and shear valves, and also remote-controlled isolating valve arranged with actuating mechanism, wellhead with equipment having flow string head, tube head, on which well-control equipment is installed, being arranged in the form of herringbone, including stop elements - above-root and side gate valves with actuating mechanisms, and also throttle valve adjacent to the latter for control of well debit, which is arranged with actuating mechanism, and control-monitoring elements - fusible insert and valve of low and high pressure control. Besides, well is connected to station of stop elements, throttle valve and isolating valve control, which includes pump-accumulator installation and control unit. Pump-accumulator installation includes pump group equipped for the first and second climatic zones by two parallel-connected high pressure pumps, one of which is arranged as duplicating one, and power functional pneumatic hydraulic accumulator of high pressure that communicates to pump group by working medium with high pressure line. Control unit includes power lines of functional control of stop element actuating mechanisms, throttle valve, isolating valve energised from mentioned high pressure line via pressure controllers for reduction of functional pressure to required value, and these power lines are used to control operation of listed components through system of command transmission stepped in time, at least for well closure, in logical sequence - "side valve - above root gate valve - isolating valve" - logical control line. It communicates with fusible insert and valve of low and high pressure control and is equipped with hydraulic distribution valves with the possibility of well-closure commands transmission duplication, one of which - for transmission of well closure command into logical control line from fusible insert, the other - from valve of low and high pressure control. Actuation of two other valves is intended from remote and manual control. Slowdown system comprises delay mechanisms installed on sections of logical control line interaction with power lines of functional control of actuating mechanisms of above-root gate valve and isolating valve, and the delay mechanisms include control pneumatic hydraulic accumulator and throttle, which provide for time-different response for well closure. Power functional pneumatic hydraulic accumulator is arranged as modular-sectional.
EFFECT: provides for improved reliability and faultless operation of oil and gas well, lower prime cost of oil and gas production and simplified control of well.
