SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine namely biochemical researches in oncology. For realisation of the method of forecasting of autohemochemotherapy efficiency at patients with relapses and metastasises of cancer of uterus neck, content of derivatives of nitrogen peroxynitrite oxide and nitrosylhemoglobulin prior to the beginning of autohemochemotherapy is defined at patients in a blood plasma. At more than triple concerning donors level depression of peroxynitrite and nitrosylhemoglobulin level enlarged in 3 times, absence or low efficiency of treatment is prognosticated. At the normal or enlarged value of peroxynitrite level and slightly lowered nitrosylhemoglobulin level the expressed regress of a tumour is prognosticated.

EFFECT: defining sensitivity of patients with relapses and metastasises of cancer of uterus neck to autohemochemotherapy to its beginning, avoiding application of ineffective treatment and its possible toxic influence.
