FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: prior to treatment and every autohemochemoimmunotherapy course, the patients are analysed for a coefficient equal to ratio of average neutrophilic volume in peripheral blood to their light diffusion MVNe/MSNe. If the coefficient is decreased throughout the anticancer therapy to 1.0 or lower, evident recurrent disease is predicted without generalisation symptoms. If the coefficient is estimated 1.0 or higher throughout the treatment, absence or low effectiveness of treatment is predicted with the symptoms of prolonged malignant growth observed.

EFFECT: possibility to estimate autohemochemoimmunotherapy sensitivity of the patients suffering from recurrent or metastasing cervical carcinoma after the first and second chemotherapy courses and to ensure short-term and long-term prediction of disease current, to correct a patient management schedule and following therapy tactics in good time, to choose the most adequate version, to improve quality of life.
