SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing fish-and-vegetable canned food. Chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and chopped; tomatoes are cut and blanched. Radish is blanched and strained, green onion is cut and frozen, spice-salted herring fillet is cut. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with acetic acid, sugar, culinary salt and calcium acetate under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and sour cream are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
