FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the technology of tobacco refuse processing. The method involves extracting raspberry waste with liquid carbon dioxide and separating a respective miscella. The tobacco material is mixed up with a non-polar liquefied gas. Then the tobacco material is extracted and shredded by relieving periodically the pressure in the extraction mixture below the pressure of the extractant moist steam at extraction temperature. The miscella and meal are separated. The meal is suspended in an aqueous solution of an edible acid. An edible polyatomic alcohol is introduced into the suspension. Then the suspension is formed, dried to a residual humidity of 13-15%, cut and treated with the gas-liquid tobacco extract and separated CO2 miscella by raising simultaneously the pressure. The pressure is relieved to atmospheric one by freezing simultaneously the soaked carbon dioxide. Then the latter is sublimed to obtain a target product in the residue.
EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties of the reconstituted tobacco and shortened duration of the technological process.
