SUBSTANCE: apparatus contains a skin puncher; a matrix including one or more needles connected to said puncher and designed for needling the pigmented skin area mentioned above; a neurotransmitting element attached to said puncher, as well as to related suction unit to make it possible to suck mixed pigments and intracellular fluid from needled skin area said above. The apparatus is equipped with a vibration device ensuring vibrating motions for multiple needling the pigmented skin area. There is disclosed depigmentation technique.
EFFECT: reduced time and cost of depigmentation process.
