METHOD OF REMOVING PAINT FROM SKIN Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61N7/00 A61K31/327 A61K33/10 A61P43/00 A61M5/32

Abstract RU 2600504 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cosmetology, dermatology and aesthetic medicine, and can be used for removal of paint from skin. For this purpose, local surface sanation is preliminary made, then destruction and anaesthesia of selected body area are made at common rules. Operating end of device is applied to each colored area under visual control, which is continuously radiating wave vibrations of particles and increasing local temperature of tissues up to reducing color intensity. Device is represented by ultrasonic instrument. Operating end is disposable sterile hook-shaped piezoelectric scaler with jet nozzle, by means of which jet of sterile colorless transparent aqueous antiseptic isotonic solution with pH 7.4-8.5 and temperature +37-+42 °C is supplied to operating end. Longitudinal oscillations with frequency of 25-43 kHz are supplied to scaler. Scaler is applied to surface of selected body area and thus maintaining contact with skin is continuously moved along it, performing lateral reciprocating movement. If pigment substances remain inside tissues, colored tissues are repeatedly pierced through with sterile injection needle. Punctures are perpendicular to its surface at distance of 2 mm from each other in staggered order. Then extreme injection hole is selected, through which scaler is repeatedly introduced and brought out from colored tissues. Initially scaler is directed to area of most intense color. After removal of all pigments therefrom scaler is directed under skin in turn to right and left from line of first introduction to remove pigment substances with solution through injection holes untill pigment substances of pigmented area are removed from entire available area. In presence of adjacent pigmented areas next injection hole is selected inside discolored area on border with colored area and exposure is repeated until decoloration of whole area of colored section of tissues. Total length of scaler exposure to each separate section of tissue does not exceed 30 seconds.

EFFECT: method provides emergency removal of pigmented substances from surface and of thickness of soft tissues with no complications due to local ultrasonic and hydrodynamic action.
