SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to medicine and can be applied for removal of pigment from pigmented part of skin by puncturing skin on pigmented part by means of skin-puncturing device, with further application onto punctured part of proper adsorbing pad. Pad contains one or more materials such as salt solution, which make pigments on pigmented part migrate into external skin layer. Device has at least one needle.

EFFECT: elaborated is relatively inexpensive method of removing pigmented part of skin, which overcomes drawbacks of previous level of technology.
