FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to hand surgery. Defected end of detached tendon is replaced with autograft made of tendon of long palmar muscle to be delivered to a canal formed at the base of nail bone closer to its back surface. The free ends of autograft are intersected over distal interphalangeal joint and lined to tendon pedicle of distal extensor with interrupted sutures at level of middle phalanx.
EFFECT: absence of excessive mobilisation of coetaneous covering and damaged nail matrix, reduction of excess tissue volume thus preventing complications as marginal necrosis, suture cutting and adhesion of autograft to coetaneous covering, reliable fixation of autograft to nail phalanx and prevention of nail matrix injures.
