FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be applied for recovery of active function of hand in case of finger flexor tendon injury throughout II and III zones of osteofibrous channels. Essence of method lies in formation of osteofibrous channel through figure cut in medial and partially proximal phalanx of injured fingers with preservation of annular and cruciate ligaments of osteofibrous channels. Central end of dissected from fixation place superficial flexor muscle of, for instance III finger, is removed from wound at the level of distal palmar fold, chiasm of hand digits is dissected and donor tendon is removed through additional cut in lower third of forearm, 2.0-2.5 cm above carpal ligament. Donor tendon is cut along into two equal in length and width parts. Ends of donor tendon of split autotransplant are driven under carpal ligament coaxially to location of central ends of deep flexor injured tendons into formed osteofibrous channels of injured fingers. Fixation of peripheral ends of tendon part of transplant is performed transosteally to base of nail-bones on formed by means of awl channels with delivering non-removable suture thread on buttons located on nail plates. Central ends of transplant are sewn to tendons of superficial or deep flexors of injured fingers side-to side at the level of lower third of forearm.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to ensure possibility of early movements, which is also necessary for prevention of scarred adhesions of transplant with walls of osteofibrous channel.
