FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery, microsurgery, traumatology, orthopedics, and can be applied in traumatic amputation of fingers during re-plantation or in case of separate injuries of tendons of finger flexors. Tendon of deep flexor on distal phalange of finger is shortened in such a way, that initial suture from the area of initial trauma is displaced more distally than annular ligament in bent position of finger.
EFFECT: method ensures prevention of scar-commissural process development in the area of bone-fibrotic canal after re-plantation of finger.
