FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stamping and can be used in press manufacturing for punching of bulky details made of sheet materials, principally for drawing out bulky body parts. Cut out from sheet material and preliminary curved workpiece is draw out on double-action press in punch with moving with particular force central part of matrix which is in the process of draw out creates pressing of the central part of workpiece. Punch matrix is implemented as composite from immovable peripheral part and allowing the ability of moving subject to managed by draw out running springs of mobile central part with flange. Working surface of movable central part of matrix before the draw out is located higher the working surface of immovable peripheral part of the matrix. Peripheral immovable part of matrix bears through supports, passing through the flange of matrix central part, on bottom plate of punch and located in cavity implemented for it on top inside the flange of matrix central part. Mentioned springs bear on bottom plate of punch and are located in cavity, implemented for it at the bottom inside the flange of central part of matrix.

EFFECT: it is increased quality, reduces norm of sheet metal consumption per one detail, laboriousness and cost price for manufacturing of seamless detail.
