FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to abrasive treatment, and can be used in aerospace industry, automobile production and other industries for vibration surface treatment of parts made from steels, aluminium and titanium alloys. Container for locating the processed parts together with abrasive filler is mounted on the frame that is installed elastically and that carries inertial vibrators with shafts connected to rotary drive. There provided is the container working area restricting device made in the form of movable walls connected to each other and inserted into the container and having the shape of cross section thereof. Movable walls consist of walls proper, which are equipped with rims along the outline and are provided with seals for preventing the filler working materials from falling out of the container zone that is restricted with movable walls. Container working area restricting device is equipped with fasteners for fixing thereof in the container.
EFFECT: providing effective processing of various irregular-shaped long parts surfaces at reduction of costs required for abrasive materials and equipment.
