FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surface machining at relative displacement of machined parts and shock interaction with working medium and may be used in aerospace engineering, automotive industry, etc. Proposed device comprises container arranged on elastically mounted frame with inertial vibrators and shafts engaged with drives. Container has side walls with ⊥-like slots and separation device. The latter is composed of steel gauze making a vessel with shape following the container inner surface. Vessel periphery is furnished with stiffness ribs and steel angles. Chamfer is made in separation device wall facing the container discharge opening. Chamfer start is located at height corresponding to discharge opening lengthwise axis.
EFFECT: fast and full separation of machined parts from magnetic and nonmagnetic materials.
