FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to pressure treatment, and can be used for vibration compaction of architectural-and-building mixture. Vibrating press consists of a frame and a central element made in the form of a movable moulding matrix with rods. Matrix has at least one cavity with a hole for compacted mixture. Device made in the form of a slide with punches is provided for compressive influence on mixture from above. There provided is vibration table with a tray and a drive unit for influencing the mixture from below. Drive unit is a hydraulic vibrator built into the table. Hydraulic vibrator provides change of vibration parameters by controlling vibration displacement amplitude and vibration influence specific force amplitude according to frequency program. Hydraulic vibrator consists of a hydraulic power cylinder, hydraulic exciter of vibration pulses, cyclic accumulator, pump station, and hydraulic channel system. Vibration parameters are varied at the steps of mixture filling and forming items therefrom, which is performed in two steps.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of vibration compaction process, and improving quality of produced items.
