FIELD: aircraft industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to aircraft equipment. The proposed acting permit generation device consists of four means. The first mean is intended for determining specific parameters relating to aircraft, including positions of throttle quadrant controlling engine fuel supply. The second mean is intended for determining, based on the above specific parameters, if the aircraft is in the state permitting the action on engine operating mode, and for generating, when necessary, the required permissive signal. The third mean is meant for determining whether the following conditions are fulfilled: the other engine of aircraft is inoperative, the other engine is stopped and permissive signal is generated for the other engine. The fourth mean is meant for prohibiting permissive signal generation when the above third mean (10) records fulfillment of at least one of the above conditions a), b) and c). The proposed control system consists of throttle quadrant used for pilot's bringing the aircraft into operation, for controlling engine fuel supply, engine control and tuning-up mean, which is meant for acting on the operating mode of the above engine, and the above acting permit generation device. The proposed aircraft includes the above control system.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides cutoff of inoperative engine unit in all aircraft flight phases and for all states thereof.
