FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma technology of nano-dispersed powder receiving. Method of receiving of nano-dispersed powder of alumina is implemented by oxidation of powdery elemental aluminium by oxygen in conditions of low-temperature plasma in presence of mist spray, in the capacity of which it is used water or aqueous solution of nitro-acid aluminium. Additionally liquid is sprayed at least by three streams on-the-mitre 15÷30° to driving direction of formed stream of low-temperature plasma, thermal current rate of which is from 2.0 till 3.5 kW × hour per kg of sprayed liquid. Ratio of liquid mass to low-temperature plasma mass is from 1.2 till 3.0 kg/kg. Liquid spraying is implemented by oxygen-containing gas at ratio of liquid mass to gas mass from 3 till 1.2 kg/kg under pressure from 0.2 till 0.5 MPa.
EFFECT: receiving of nano-dispersed powders of aluminium of right form.
