FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil producing industry and can be applied in utilisation of oil-polluted proppant in hydraulic reservoir fracturing (HRF). Method of oil-polluted proppant utilisation on existing equipment includes washing of proppant in washing solution using surface-active substances with rotating mixing until complete purification from oil products is reached, drying at temperature100-300°C, application of coating-phenol-phormaldehyde resin- onto heated to 120-180°C proppant granules with further cooling, hardening and fractioning, and use of obtained proppant in hydraulic reservoir fracturing.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of oil-polluted proppant utilisation and reducing cost of production of proppant used in HRF.
