FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical methods of coating formation with high electrically insulating properties, which are kept as in dry as in moisture atmosphere. Method includes details anodisation from aluminium and its alloys for formation of porous layer in solution oxalic acid, received layer is subject to iterative anodisation in solution of boric acid.
EFFECT: increasing of electrically insulating, kept with moisture increasing.
