FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the anodized aluminum based elastic alumina nano-membrane creation. Method comprises samples surface preparation by heat treatment for 30 minutes at a temperature of 450 °C and anodizing in the multicomponent electrolyte 50 g/l of oxalic acid + 100 g/l of citric acid + 50 g/l of boric acid + 100 ml/l of isopropyl alcohol in galvanostatic mode at a temperature of 20 °C and current density of 25 mA/cm2. Barrier layer removal is carried out by the anodizing voltage in the anodizing electrolyte reduction to 0 V with simultaneous pores expansion.
EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining of the large area elastic membrane with a permeability coefficient of 80 %.
