METHOD FOR MEASUREMENT OF SUBMERSIBLE DISPLACEMENT PUMP AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALISATION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC F04B49/00 F04B47/00

Abstract RU 2353810 C1

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of measurement of yield in wells equipped with depth pump piston or diaphragm installations. Method for measurement of submersible displacement pump efficiency comprising piston hydraulic drive of actuator and submersible electric motor with current detector consists in the fact that numerical value of liquid medium volume pumped by submersible displacement pump per single working stroke is multiplied by number of double strokes of submersible displacement pump actuator, which is defined with the help of current detector in circuit of electric motor power supply by means of current steps counting at the moment of hydraulic drive piston reciprocal motion direction change, and obtained information is sent to dispatcher center computer, or information is sent to the latter on number of pump actuator double strokes, which is translated in dispatcher center computer in volume of liquid medium pumped by submersible displacement pump from well by multiplication by value of liquid medium volume pumped by submersible displacement pump per single working stroke, and special software is installed in computer for this purpose. Device for measurement of efficiency of submersible displacement pump installed in well on column of pump-compressor pipes comprises piston hydraulic drive of actuator, submersible electric motor with current detector in circuit of its power supply, device for measurement of current steps at the moments of hydraulic drive piston reciprocal motion direction change and device for translation of actuator strokes number into volume of liquid medium pumped from well by submersible displacement pump, which is connected to channel of data transfer to computer of dispatcher center, or device for measurement of current steps at the moments of hydraulic drive piston reciprocal motion direction change is arranged with counter of submersible displacement pump actuator double strokes and is connected to channel of data transfer to computer of dispatcher center, and device for translation of pump actuator double strokes into volume of liquid medium pumped from well by submersible displacement pump is arranged in the form of appropriate software installed in dispatcher center computer.

EFFECT: provision of accurate measurement of submersible displacement pump capacity, as well as, accordingly, yield of every well with the possibility to obtain information on operation of every well online at central dispatcher centre.
