SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to installations with pumps of volumetric action, driven by linear electric motors, for the extraction of formation fluids from a marginal well stock mainly in oil production. Submersible pumping unit consists of filtering systems united in a single package for the entry of a well fluid, a gravity gas separator, tubing attachment heads, double-acting pump, linear drive motor, hydro-protector and telemetry system. Linear electric motor consists of a fixed part – a stator, the working volume of which is filled with a dielectric fluid, and a movable part – a slider, consisting of several sections, spaced from the central axis of the stator housing in diameter, made with the possibility of reciprocating movement along the longitudinal axis. Pump of double action consists of two plunger couples. Moving parts of the pump – plungers – are mechanically connected to the slider sections. Stationary parts of the pump – cylinders – are located one cylinder – in the central part of the engine stator, the second – in the inner part of the hydro-protector. Working volumes of the pump cylinders are connected to the external environment and the output line through a system of double-acting valves. Hydroprotector is installed in the lower part of the installation and is connected with the working volume of the stator through tubular channels, and with the external environment through the filling and safety valves.
EFFECT: dimensions, prime cost decrease, reliability, a resource of work, productivity, efficiency of cooling of the electric motor and gas separation increases.
