FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to well pumping units employing submersible electric motors. Proposed pumping unit contains submersible electric motor to drive pump installed in well on tubing string. Valve is installed on tubing string higher than pump to bypass medium pumped out of well from pump output to well annulus through bypass hole. Said bypass valve is made in form of hollow cylindrical lock installed coaxially with tubing string for axial displacement relative to bypass hole. Said cylindrical lock is furnished with minimum one ring sealing member with cutting edge to engage with inner surface of tubing string in zone of displacement. Cylindrical lock is connected by mechanical tie-rod with electric drive connected to control device and furnished with minimum one pressure transmitter.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation of well pumping unit.
