FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: present invention can be used for heating process solutions with 115°C water temperature and 0.07 MPa pressure. The gas heating module consists of a metallic housing, filled with a heated liquid, combustion chamber with a burner and a convection pass with a refractory section and a section with straight pipes. The combustion chamber and the convection pass form a U-shaped structure. The refractory section of the convection pass, along the direction of movement of combustion products, is in form of two sections: a high-temperature section with unconfined arrangement of spikes, and a medium-temperature section with a dense arrangement of spikes where s is the spacing of the spikes, and l is the height of the spikes.
EFFECT: reduced temperature of combustion products, increased efficiency, power of the installation or smaller dimensions and reduced mass of the structure, with retention of efficiency and power.
