FIELD: thermal engineering; centralized and decentralized heat supply. SUBSTANCE: exhaust gas flow downstream of has-turbine plant is divided into three to five isolated streams which are heated by burning natural gas at the same time controlling heat load of boiler by varying number of heated flows, and mixture of these flows is conveyed to hot-water boiler; in the process, flowrate of natural gas in gas-turbine plant is maintained constant not to exceed 25% of that of natural gas burned in hot-water boiler at rated load; at minimal heat load, natural gas supply to exhaust gases is ceased. Device implementing this method has gas duct divided by longitudinal walls into several primary furnaces with inlet control valves; sectionalized mixing chamber abuts against primary furnaces in tandem, its outer walls being formed by heat-responsive pipes. EFFECT: improved economic efficiency at partial loads. 2 cl, 2 dwg , 1 tbl
