FIELD: lighting.

SUBSTANCE: proposed linear concentrator of light emission is an elongated fragment of a triangular cross-section of joined between themselves prisms of linear Fresnel lens. Refracted light at the edges of the concentrator are made in such a way, that the angles of the apexes and cavities of the joined edges of the prisms have a value of from 90° till 180°, and the optical path is redistributed into two or more light receiving areas.

EFFECT: improved optical characteristics of the linear concentrator of a light emission.
