FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: current detector comprises annular magnetic conductor made of layers of tape magnetic permeable material, in which the first (measuring) and the second (compensating) windings are installed. Turns of the first winding are wound around magnetic conductor with coverage of its internal and external surface, and turns of the second winding are wound along annular magnetic conductor on its external surface. Besides, there is additional third winding (calibrating) installed on annular magnetic conductor, turns of which are wound around magnetic core with coverage of its internal and external surface.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of current measurement in current detector comprising annular tape magnetic conductor.
