FIELD: physics; communications.

SUBSTANCE: implementation versions disclosed in the present invention focus on the need for extension of a speed confirmation/control channel in the given engineering field. In one of the aspects a confirmation instruction and an instruction for controlling speed are combined into a combined instruction. In another aspect the combined instruction is generated in accordance with a constellation of points, where each point corresponds to a pair which consists of an instruction for controlling speed and a confirmation instruction. In one more aspect the constellation points are meant for providing the required error probability for corresponding pairs of instructions. In one more aspect the general instruction for controlling speed is transmitted along with a combined or specialised instruction for controlling speed. Other different aspects are also presented.

EFFECT: reduced unproductive expenses, provision for confirmation and control of speed of a single remote station and/or groups of remote stations.
