FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine of human mental and behavioural insanities, namely to the system family therapy aimed at correction of intrafamily communications and normalisation of mental and physiological state of crisis family members. Family members are tested with using a questionnaire from the table №1. Test results ensure detected dominating functional and dysfunctional strategy of behaviour seeking to overcome the stress. The summary table of dysfunctional strategy of family members are made to determine the identified family members. It is combined with measuring the emotional state of family members and determining type and extent of family crisis environment. Psychotherapeutic work with family members is performed. Derived interrogation data considering objective data of functional state of family members, medical actions and system family psychotherapy are applied. The first study day involves 60 minutes of relieving a stress of unproven negative emotions with using body-oriented Reich's massage technique thereafter to develop the general inquiry for family psychotherapy. The second day includes common-family discussion with each family member in turns setting forth his opinion on detected dysfunctional strategy of his own behaviour and behaviour of the other family members. Herewith the common-family discussion ensures searching the optimal decision in changing the structure of behavioural strategy, providing refusal of dysfunctional strategy. The third day is actually the completion phase of system family therapy involving role game to fix functional behavioural strategy by positive emotional experiences caused by correction of family environment, with cholotropic respiratory technique additionally used. One hour respiratory session is followed with discussion of experiences. Then emotional state of family members is analysed, low anxiety level indicates successful completion of the therapeutic course.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of family correction ensured by detecting functional and dysfunctional behavioural strategy.
