FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely addictology and may be used for rehabilitation of individuals suffering chemical addiction. Medical aid is administered in a patient, including elimination of physical addiction at the biological level by implementing a complex of medical, psychological and therapeutic measures aiming at addiction desactualisation, changes of metabolic process which form addiction, taking into account genetic predisposition; therapeutic exercises are additionally used in the form of yoga; correction of psychological addiction follows. At the psychological level, there are used manipulation strategies, systemic intervention technique, as well as logo-therapy, art-therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, knowledge retrieval measures and individual psychocorrection of the patient. At the social level, co-addiction is relieved by creating self-aid and cooperativeness groups on the basis of the 12-step program, arrangement of family psychotherapy, and involvement in various rehabilitation and readaptation programs, social-psychological rehabilitation of addict's relatives with the specialists implementing the rehabilitation program being advisers having solved their addiction problem. The rehabilitation is three-staged: at the first stage, psychological correction is performed preferentially with the use of logo-therapy. At the second and third stages - mainly with the use of cognitive-behavioural therapy and existential therapy, as well as art-therapy in the form of visual images of creative work. Social-psychological rehabilitation of the relatives is conducted at the third stage preferentially. All the three stages involve knowledge retrieval measures and yoga.

EFFECT: method enables higher effectiveness of rehabilitation of addicts.
