FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and sanitation, and can be used for disinfection in medical-prophylactic institutions of different type, units of communal services, on any transport. Disinfectant, includes polymeric organic substance, bactericidal additive - 2-methyl-5-[di(trifluorinemethyl)oximethyl]furane and ethanol, as polymeric organic substance it contains 50% water solution of vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer with vinyl acetate, with definite component ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows saving high disinfecting properties of means during 26 months, is highly efficient against bacterial (including tuberculosis bacteria), viral infections, pathogenic fungi and belongs to low-hazard substances.
