FIELD: chemical industry; microbiological industry; other industries; production of the apparatuses for concentration of the solutions and production of the desalinated water.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the apparatuses used for concentration of the solutions, production of the desalinated water and may find application in chemical, microbiological and other industries, and also for conducting of the laboratory and research works. The film evaporator with the streaming down film includes: the vertical cylindrical body with the cover and the bottom supplied with the technological unions and the chambers for inlet of the suspension and outlet of the concentrated solution, the heating chamber, the pipe lines for inlet and outlet of the cooling agent and withdrawal of the condensate of the secondary steam. The apparatus contains the cylindrical pipes with the annular spiral and the distributing components used for the uniform distribution of the liquid; the coaxially mounted inner pipes made in the form of the coil pipe. In the annular cavities formed by the cylindrical and inner pipes, there are the mounted washers, between which the profiled plates forming the grooves for passage of the vapor-liquid mixture. One of the side edges of the plate is placed tangentially to the internal surface of the washer, and the ratio of internal diameter of the cylindrical pipe "d" to the external diameter of the washer "d1", and also the ratio of the internal diameter of the washer "d2" to the diameter of the turns of the spiral, out of which the inner pipe "dB is made, are accordingly equal to d/d1 = 1.2-2.0; d2/dB = l.2 - 1.6. The technical result of the invention consists in trapping of the drips of the solution stripped-off the film surface made out of the stream of the secondary steam, that prevents commixing of the drips with the condensate of the secondary steam. It allows to conduct the production process at the as much as possible high thermal loads, that increases efficiency of the apparatus.
