FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulling vacuum in column of oil stock refining with supply of water steam into vacuum column and/or oil stock, and may be used in oil processing industry. Method includes pumping steam-gas medium out of vacuum column by gas-gas ejector by means of high-pressure gas supply into it with formation of steam-gas mixture at the outlet of ejector, supply of steam-gas mixture into condenser with formation of gas mixture and condensate of steam phase, supply of gas mixture and high-pressure has into the second gas-gas ejector with formation of steam-gas mixture at its outlet, supply of steam-gas mixture from the second gas-gas ejector into the second condenser with formation of gas mixture and steam phase condensate at the outlet of the second condenser, discharge of gas mixture according to purpose from the second condenser. Steam phase condensate generated in condensers is sent to separator, where condensate is separated into water-containing condensate and hydrocarbon condensate. From separator hydrocarbon condensate is discharged according to purpose, and water-containing condensate is sent to steam generator, in which heat from hot distillate discharged from vacuum column is delivered to water-containing condensate, and steam is produced, which is supplied to gas-gas ejectors as high-pressure gas. Installation comprises manifold of steam-gas phase discharge from vacuum column, gas-gas ejector, condenser, the second gas-gas ejector, the second condenser, pump. Gas-gas ejector by inlet of low pressure gas is connected to manifold of steam-gas medium discharge from vacuum column, and by outlet of steam-gas mixture it is connected to inlet to condenser, which has outlet of condensate and outlet of gas mixture, communicated with its inlet to the second gas-gas ejector. The second gas-gas ejector by outlet of steam-gas mixture is communicated with the second condenser, which has its own outlets of condensate and gas mixture. Installation is equipped with manifold of oil or oil stock refining distillate supply, manifold of distillate discharge from installation, steam generator and separator.
EFFECT: invention provides for reduction of power inputs for pulling vacuum, reduced pollution of environment and elimination of consumption of water steam arriving to installation from outer source by vacuum-pulling installation.
