FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to installations for crushing various solid materials and can be implemented for crumbling coal at heat power stations and boiler houses. The installation for crushing consists of a base, of a vertical case assembled thereon, of a conic rotor installed inside the case, and of crumbling body mounted on the surface of the rotor. The vertical case is made in form of a cylinder arranged on the base coaxially with the rotor; on the interior surface of the case there are located lengthwise ribs tapered in a lower part; the ribs create a wedge-shape gap with the side surface of the conic rotor. The crushing body is made in form of pins out of metal of high hardness; the pins are rigidly secured on the surface of the rotor parallel to its axis; the height of the pins lessens from the axis of the rotor to its periphery, while the rotor is arranged on a spindle rigidly secured in the case by means of a drive belting connected to an electric motor.
EFFECT: invention facilitates producing coal of required fraction composition with minimal coal dust; also it facilitates increasing efficiency of installation operation at simultaneous simplification of design.
