FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: disintegrator is intended for crushing, fine grinding, mixing, mechanically activation, surface mechanically modification materials in construction, metallurgy and other industries. Disintegrator comprises housing with top loading (15) and lower discharge (16) holes and working elements in the form of vertical counter-rotating cones. Cones are aligned at two supports each (7, 8, 13, 14). Working chamber is formed by gap between internal (6) and external (12) cone with toothed ribs on forming their sides surfaces. Inner cone is made in form of truncated cone. Outer cone is made in form of conical female. Stepping motor (2) is installed on body (1) cones. Step motor shaft each side is connected with drive spatial cranks through spatial rods with driven spatial bell cranks. Axes of hinged joints of master and slave cranks are crossed to revolve in opposite directions cones. Inner and outer cones are connected to the left and right ends of the step motor shaft by top and bottom anti-parallelogram mechanism respectively. Parallelogram mechanisms are formed by successive articulation of right (3) and left (9) of driving crank through right (5) and left (11) connecting rods with right (4) and left (10) driven cranks with positive and negative angles of crossing axes of hinges, respectively. Material is removed through chute (20) at angle to horizon to provide unloading in multimode operation. Angle of inclination angle of friction on 5-15°.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of disintegrator.
