FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technical facilities for mechanisation of technological processes of disassembly of stuck injector nozzles in diesel engines. Device comprises coaxially installed source of ultrasonic oscillations with concentrator having axial channel, and support that contacts with body of injector nozzle, and also technological chamber for cleaning solution arranged with possibility of volume variation, and mechanism of its variation. Support is installed above injector body. Injector assembled with needle is oriented down with needle tail to provide possibility for free exit of the latter from injector body into axial channel of concentrator under gravity. Lower part of technological chamber is fixed with seal on body of ultrasonic oscillations source. Upper part of technological chamber is rigidly fixed to mechanism for its volume variation with the possibility to install disassembled injector nozzle, support and concentrator in cavity of technological chamber. Concentrator has through transverse hole that joins axial channel of concentrator to cavity of technological chamber.
EFFECT: possibility is provided to combine processes of injector nozzles disassembly and cleaning, and to achieve simplicity of their installation in device.
