FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: fuel nozzle for an internal combustion engine (ICE) comprising a composite body 1 with a high-pressure fuel channel 7, a sprayer 3 with a needle 2, a rod 5 is proposed. The upper part of the nozzle body 1 is provided withultrasonic radiator, located inside a cylindrical spring 10 and consisting of an ultrasonic pad 11 with a concentrating radiator 12 and a fastening mechanism 13, a sealing ring, an ultrasonic transducer on piezoelectric elements 15, a reflective cover 16 with a fastening nut 17, a piezoelectric transducer 18 for feedback to flat washers 19, 20 and a mounting nut 21. The ultrasonic transducer 15 and the piezoelectric transducer 18 are electrically connected to the terminal 22 connected to the electronic control unit of the internal combustion engine, the securing mechanism comprises an attachment spring 23, an O-ring 14 that mechanically fixes the ultrasonic pad 11 with the concentrating radiator 12 inside the cylindrical spring 10.
EFFECT: providing a fine and uniform fuel spray.
