FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of diamond tools production, in particular tools for dressing of abrasive discs, such as dressing rollers, pencils, bars, combs. Tool comprises body and working part made by method of powder metallurgy and containing binder and diamond coarse grains, which are located at least in one layer. Binder contains evenly distributed diamond fine grains, size of which makes 0.1-0.3 of size of diamond coarse grains.
EFFECT: tool resistance is increased, conditions are created for possibility to use lower quality diamond raw materials as diamond grains compared to raw materials recommended for this type of tool.
