FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oily waste recycling method wherein a working substance is produced by mixing caustic limestone milled to dispersity 10-3÷10-5 m, adsorbent resulted from pyrolysis of worn tyre casings at temperature 850 to 1100°C that is followed with separation of metal cord milled to dispersity 10-3÷10-5 m, and triglyceride of higher fatty carboxylic acids (animal inedible fat) in ratio as follows, wt %: animal inedible fat - 1-3; adsorbent - 18-22; caustic limestone - the rest. The prepared working substance is heavily mixed with oily waste with water added in amount required for complete liming considering water contained in oily waste. The recycled product is processed with carbonic gas within 10-15 minutes and kept in sealed environment during 18 to 30 h.
EFFECT: reduced cost and improved productivity.
