SUBSTANCE: invention is related to drying equipment, namely, to drying units for drying of items after surface machining. Invention consists in the fact that drying unit (100) for drying of items, in particular, car bodies (110), every of which is located on holder (109), comprises body (102) with drying tunnel (108), through which items move in direction (112) of transportation and which is limited by floor (116) at the bottom, which includes several elements (118), and transport device (138), which transports items through drying tunnel (108), at that transport device (138) includes several bearing roller units (140) that follow each other in transportation direction (112), which comprises at least one bearing roller (142), on which item holders (109) rest in process of items transportation through drying tunnel (108), and bearing roller units (140) are mounted separately on according element (118) of floor (116).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of drying.
