FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Drive pulley comprises a fixed sheave, a movable sheave, a spider, a biasing member, a centrifugal actuator including an arm pivotally connected to one of the members, selected from the movable sheave and spider, the arm pivoting away from said member as the speed of rotation of the drive pulley increases. Arm pushes against another member as the arm pivots away from said member, thereby moving the movable sheave axially, and one roller assembly, comprising: a first roller rotationally connected to one of the members and abutting another member, when the movable sheave moves axially, the first roller rolls along the other member, and a second roller rotationally connected to said one member and abutting the member. When the movable sheave moves axially, the second roller rolls along the other member. First and second rollers are located on one side of a first plane comprising the axis of rotation of the fixed sheave, the first and second rollers are located on the same side of a second plane comprising the axis of rotation of the fixed sheave and extending perpendicularly to the first plane, the first and second rollers transmit torque between the movable sheave and the spider.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance of the pulley and improved performance.
