FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: in the measurement process, oscillation movement of a channel section in direction perpendicular to flow is imparted. Total signal proportional to the sum of channel section inertia and Coriolis force evolving in the flow is measured. Extraction of signal proportional to Coriolis force for flow rate assessment requires measurement basis immobile in inertia force coordinates, in the form of additional weight elastically connected to channel section of additional weight, included in additional oscillatory contour created. Added weight value is selected so as to maintain difference between own oscillation frequencies of channel section and inertia force gauge and between additional weight and elastic suspension at channel section not less than by one order. Device for flow rate measuring includes S-shaped pipe with ends attached rigidly to base, first and second pipe oscillators, electronic unit. Linear central section of pipe is connected to first frame by bracket with force sensor mounted in it, the frame connected rigidly to its ends and attached to the base over the first group of elastic joints. Second group of elastic joints connects first frame to second frame, so that they both can shift against rotation axis of first frame. Magnetic conductors or winding coils of first and second device for oscillation parametre measurement at channel section are mounted on the first frame, while winding coils or magnetic conductors of the devices are mounted on the second frame.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of weight flow rate measurement.
