SUBSTANCE: method involves forming and mobilizing mucoperiosteal flaps, removing subgingival dental deposit, granulations, areas of necrotic bone tissue, polishing tooth roots and introducing sterile osteoplastic material into bone defects. Before making surgical intervention and 14-20 days after, immune correction is carried out and rheologic blood properties adjustment as 2-5 procedures of centrifuged apparatus-supported plasmapheresis and 1 procedure of apparatus-supported plasmapheresis. Plasmapheresis type is selected depending on the following conditions. Centrifuged apparatus-supported plasmapheresis is administered to patients distinguished by intravascular blood platelets inactivation with total active forms quantity being greater than 30% and/or blood platelets content being greater than 450 thousand/mcl of blood and/or lymphocyte population being twice as large relative to a norm. Apparatus-supported plasmapheresis is to be applied when other rheologic blood properties are changed and immunity violation is accompanied by circulating immune complexes growth to 110 MU and higher. When it is required to carry out immune suppression therapy, erythrocyte suspension treatment with 0.03 g of prednisolone is added to the procedure. Immuinosuppressive one is needed, 0.002 g of Immunofanum is added.

EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; improved blood micro-circulation; eliminated immune system disorders in patient organism.
